Great hotel all around. Excellent location and great soundproofing so the room is extremely quiet. Bed was comfortable and linens were high quality. Service was excellent. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

The room was very dark with little lighting over half of it. For some reason there was an extra bed up against the window with a door to the balcony. There was also a door to the balcony in the bathroom??? however, it could not be opened. Breakfast was so-so at best. Some of the people on the front desk had no idea what they were doing as we had to confirm our car to the airport at least 5 times. Most of the staff were very hard working and clearly the hotel is understaffed. It is rated as a 5 star hotel when it barely rates a 3 1/5.
